Total Fee: $400
Deposit Paid: $400 (non-refundable)

Terms & Conditions:

Booking & Deposit:

A deposit secures your date. Once booked, we turn down other potential clients for that date. Deposits are non-refundable.

Balance:

The remaining balance is due before or on the event/session date.

Turnaround Time:

Edited photos will be delivered within 2–3 weeks of the event/session.

Weather:

Photographer cannot predict or control weather conditions. Sessions will continue as planned unless rescheduling is agreed upon. If weather conditions threaten the safety of camera equipment (rain, extreme wind, heat, etc.), the photographer will not be able to shoot until conditions improve.

Rescheduling & Cancellations:

If the client cancels, we will do our best to reschedule, however a new date is not guaranteed. The original deposit will not be refunded.

Image Rights:

Photographer retains copyright to all images. Clients receive personal use rights unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability:

Photographer is not responsible for circumstances beyond control (weather, lateness, venue restrictions, emergencies, etc.).
